Error: AD Profile is locked or does not load

Requirement

No AD synchronization can be performed because an Active Directory import is already running on this database.

 

Prerequisites

Access to the Admin Client

 

Procedure

  1. Open Admin Client and authenticate. 

  2. Select the appropriate database and right click to open the Settings.

  3. Authenticate on the database.
  4. Click on More options --> Unlock Active Directory profiles.
